History: Founded in 1963 by the three Cuppone Brothers: Lorenzo, Luigi and Paolo who specialized in high quality ovens and other pizza preparation equipment. Through years of successful innovation, development, experimentation, research and testing Cuppone has created and patented unique and revolutionary equipment for the modern Pizza-maker!
1975: Invention and patent of the PizzaForm®; a machine designed to press a perfect, uniform pizza crust without specialized labor requirements.
1981: The first use of a microprocessor-based system to control oven temperature and heating power. This design ensures uniform cooking and incredible energy efficiency. Our Microprocessors are continually improved and are incorporated in our premier ovens: The Giotto, The Evolution and The MAX.
2003: The first oven designed to fit in a corner to save space and create a more ergonomically efficient process: The Evolution®...Not All Ovens Evolve the Same!™
2005: Cuppone America is established to bring this unique brand to North America. Headquartered in California with a Nation-wide service and sales network for your convenience.
2010: The first rotating stone-deck electric oven, The Giotto®, is introduced. The perfect marriage between artisanal pizza and ease of production this oven is an ideal fit for almost any pizza operation.
2012 and beyond: Operating three production facilities on one property Cuppone covers all aspects of design and production with the supervision of its founding members and their progeny. Always looking to the future and how to improve quality and bring innovation we will be here for you.
